Paid Social Media Manager
We are continuing to expand our team and our clients! As one of Cleveland’s leading strategy and marketing companies, we understand that there is no one size fits all approach. We get to know our client’s business and design a marketing strategy around their goals.
We are looking for an experienced and creative Paid Social Media Manager to join our team to lead the development and implement our clients’ organic and paid social media strategies. You must be able to develop consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as think outside the box to generate more engagement.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely and collaboratively with various teams to develop social media campaigns – paid and organic — and strategies that help achieve client goals
Monitoring clients’ social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Creating and implementing social media marketing plan and calendar
Analyzing reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Completing digital marketing educational and departmental learning
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
Excellent knowledge of social media best practices specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
2+ years’ experience using paid social in Facebook and Instagram
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Extremely high attention to detail
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
The skill to manage multiple priorities and execute action items in a timely manner
